Service Delivery
Growoid services, training programmes, calls, implementation work and digital materials are delivered online, through agreed communication channels, email, booking tools, live sessions or other digital methods confirmed during the purchase or engagement.
Delivery Confirmation
Delivery of services may be confirmed through email, calendar booking, onboarding communication, access details, live session access or project communication shared with the buyer or participant.
Future Physical Products
If Growoid ever sells a physical product in the future, shipping timelines, delivery partners, costs and non-refundable shipping charges will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
